Can I track my submitted requests?
I've submitted a request but I didn't see a confirmation. Is there anywhere I can check what requests were successfully submitted?

Dear Colleagues,
Since moving to Neoserra, many of you have asked how to better track research requests. While Neoserra has been a boon in many ways, it was not designed to manage research intake and delivery. We’ve had to adapt and use external tools—first Jotform, and now Springshare’s LibAnswers—because no single solution fully integrates with Neoserra.
Research Request Flow
A 4-step guide from submission to client file logging.
Request Submitted
Use the **LibAnswers form** (links in Neoserra & TONY).
Work Assigned
Team monitors queue (sorted by date), claims the request, and begins research.
Response Sent
The completed research is sent to your **official email address**.
Check Status
- **Neoserra:** Counseling → Filters.
- **TONY:** Weekly static list (Mondays).
- **Personal:** Set a reminder when submitting.
