I just received my completed research and I can't open the files. I've requested access but it has not been granted. What do I do?

Research Central delivers thousands of research files through Google Drive. To manage limited storage space, we do not grant access to the drive itself. Instead, every file we send is meant to be downloaded directly to your computer.
To access your documents:

Open the email you received from Research Central.

Click the Google Drive link to the file(s).

Use the Download option (look for the downward arrow icon at the top right).

Save the file(s) to your device for permanent access.
If you only request “access,” you’ll be waiting for approval that won’t come—because we don’t share the drive. Always download the files when you first receive them.
If you run into trouble downloading, please contact Research Central right away so we can resend the file.
