What is the turnaround time for requests?
Answer
Requests are completed in the order in which they are received - with the exception of those requested with urgency. Our turnaround is currently between 3 and 5 days.
If you have an urgent request, flag your request as urgent and we will respond within your timeframe if at all possible.
