ADA Accessibility Funds/Historic Building Improvement Funds
ADA Accessibility Funds/Historic Building Improvement Funds Client is purchasing a building to move his business and expand operations. He is looking for options to supplement funds for his building improvements and wondering if there are funding options available in the following areas: ADA Accessibility: Adding a ramp, installing new wider doors, etc. Historic property/Facade Improvements: Building was built in 1877 and he is maintaining exterior to historical aesthetic (it is not on the historic registry) As always, any other grants/dollars out there are also of interest, but do these two areas have any resources tied to those projects in particular?
